So we're facing a <span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1">dilemma</span>. This is a lot in Desert Hot Springs - about 20 minutes north of Palm Springs. We first saw the lot back in 2005; at the time, it was too expensive. Now prices came down enough for us to make the move.
